The practice of Thomas B. Reynolds, P.C. is limited to estate planning and taxation, estate
administration, probate law, asset protection planning and fiduciary litigation regarding trusts and
estates. The firm provides complete estate planning services for individuals, families and companies,
typically in the southeastern United States and primarily in Georgia - though the firm does have clients
in other parts of the country. The firm focuses on estate planning to discount and freeze asset values
and uses income tax planning to improve a client’s income tax result before significant transactions or
events. Varieties of wills and trusts improve and often negate estate tax exposure for clients of all levels
of net worth.
A typical client is a business owner or professional with assets of $3,000,000 to $15,000,000,
though the firm has clients with fewer assets. The firm’s largest client has in excess of $600,000,000.
